At Swabodhini School and Vocational Centre for Special Children, placement is a key outcome of our vocational training programs. We are committed to enabling individuals with special needs to transition into meaningful employment and independent living.
Through strong partnerships with organizations such as Grundfos Pumps India Pvt Ltd, MaGC, BigBasket,Prodapt and Acqueon,we provide our students with internship and job opportunities across diverse sectors.
Through this initiative, Swabodhini continues to address the need for guided workplace exposure, enabling students to transition smoothly towards independent and sustainable employment.
We continue to expand our placement network and welcome collaborations with corporates, cafés, bakeries, and service sector organizations to create more inclusive employment opportunities for our students.
